Hi, I'm Hauke Jung — a full-stack developer who built SeggWat because feedback deserves better tools.
I spent years watching user feedback scatter across Slack threads, half-answered emails, and support inboxes that nobody triaged. SeggWat is my answer: one calm inbox, built in Rust, hosted in the EU, and priced so solo founders can actually afford it. Watch the feedback widget in action to see exactly what your visitors will use.

“Segg wat” is Low German for “say something.”
I grew up in Germany's flat, windy north, where you still hear Plattdeutsch between neighbours. “Segg wat!” is what you tell someone who clearly has an opinion but keeps it to themselves: come on, say something. That's the whole product in two words — your users are full of opinions, and almost none of them will speak up unless you make it effortless.
And the seagull? Anyone from the north knows them: loud, shameless, and completely incapable of keeping an opinion to themselves. That's exactly the user I want you to have. So the logo is a seagull mid-squawk inside a speech bubble — feedback with attitude, landing in an inbox where someone actually listens.
seggwat.
[seg-waht] (engl. say something) noun
A clever platform that turns „users yelling into the void“ into „actionable product feedback, neatly triaged“.
Built for teams who actually read feedback.
A small team, a focused scope, and a long-term commitment to the people who use the product.
Feedback first
Every SeggWat feature starts from one question: does this help someone read a piece of user feedback more carefully? If not, it doesn't ship.
Rust all the way down
The API, dashboard, widgets, CLI, and MCP server are all built in Rust. Fewer moving parts, faster response times, lower hosting cost — savings we pass on to you.
Built and hosted in the EU
GDPR by default. No tracking cookies, no data broker contracts, no US-owned sub-processors hiding in the supply chain. Your users' feedback stays where it belongs.
